Everyone around here is absolutely sick of winter. We have had over 50 inches of snow thus far and the normal for this time of year is about 29 inches. So, what do you do when winter hangs on like this? Change your thoughts to spring and what is the absolute best thing about spring? Baseball season starts. And what is the best thing about the beginning of baseball season? The Cubs!!! Hope does spring eternal, you know. It has only been 100 years since the Cubbies won the World Series, so this could be the year. For those of you who cannot comprehend Cub Mania, perhaps this will help:

Too funny dad. Yes, in our home we all know that spring is synonomous with baseball...and the only team worth supporting in Chiago is the Cubbies! Go Cubs!
Love baseball season in our house. Only it starts a little earlier then MLB. Logan's first game is friday and I am just praying that we don't have snow this year for the first one.
